Live training may be in-classroom or interactive Zoom; pre-recorded sessions do not satisfy the live requirement. Licensees on inactive status are exempt from CE while inactive; upon reactivation they must complete 15 makeup hours per inactive year (maximum 45), with at least 35% pre-approved classroom training. CE hours must be completed before the license expires; the 60-day post-expiration grace period covers renewal filing only, not CE accrual.
