CE Requirements for
Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy
Continuing education must be completed within the 2-year period before the license expires; there is no extension of time and an unrenewed license expires (A.R.S. 32-3426). Acceptable formats include workshops, seminars, conferences, self-study, formal coursework, taped video presentations, and undergraduate or graduate coursework completed with a grade of C or better. Credit caps apply to the publishing, presenting, and in-service training categories. In-service training credit excludes safety, fire evacuation, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) topics. Continuing education may be reported to the Board directly or through the Board's continuing education tracking system.
CE courses from providers approved by these accreditors count toward your Arizona Occupational Therapy Assistant renewal requirements.
