Board does not accept courses related to safety, fire evacuation, or CPR. No extension of time available if CE not completed by renewal date — license will expire. CE must be completed within the 2-year period before license expiration.
CE courses from providers approved by these accreditors count toward your Arizona Occupational Therapy Assistant renewal requirements.
