Self-directed learning is capped at six hours per renewal period; the remaining continuing professional development must be sponsored. The Laws and Ethics hours and the Cultural Diversity/Social Justice hours both count toward the total renewal requirement and are not in addition to it. Retain continuing professional development records for at least four years; the Board conducts random audits.

CE courses from providers approved by these accreditors count toward your California Licensed Psychologist renewal requirements.
