Continuing Professional Competency via CPD program: complete Professional Practice Rubric, draft Personal Learning Plan, accrue 40 PDH. No more than twenty PDH in a single activity category (except accredited coursework, which may fulfill the full forty). New licensees prorate at one point sixty-six PDH per month. Up to five PDH may carry from the prior cycle if earned within six months of license expiration and in excess of the forty required. Retain documentation for five years. Deem Status and military active duty exemption available. Rule: 4 CCR 726-1 § 1.18.
