First renewal only for those licensed in the first half of the biennium. Counted within the 24 required hours — not in addition to them.
CRT and RRT licenses have the same CE requirements in Florida. First-time renewal: exempt if licensed in the second half of the biennium; full 24 hours including HIV/AIDS if licensed in the first half. Report completions through the board's official CE tracking system.
CE courses from providers approved by these accreditors count toward your Florida Certified Respiratory Care Therapist (CRT) renewal requirements.
