CE Requirements for
Florida Council of Licensed Midwifery
Must be from a Board-approved Medical Errors provider.
Required every third biennium. In addition to the 20 required hours — not counted toward them.
All general hours must have clinical relevance to midwifery practice.
Licensees issued in odd years need only complete the Medical Errors course before their first renewal — other CE requirements are waived for that cycle.
CE courses from providers approved by these accreditors count toward your Florida Midwife renewal requirements.
