Florida Board of Nursing Home Administrators
Must be from a Board-approved Medical Errors provider.
One-time requirement prior to first renewal only.
Required for licensees holding Preceptor Certification. Counted toward the 36 general hours — not in addition to them.
Minimum 20 hours must be live in-person sessions; maximum 20 hours may be online, video, audio, or home study. College credit counts as 3 CE hours per college credit hour in applicable domains. Current renewal cycle expires September 30, 2026.
CE courses from providers approved by these accreditors count toward your Florida Nursing Home Administrator renewal requirements.
