Florida Board of Osteopathic Medicine
Required every third biennium. Counted toward the 37 general hours — not in addition to them.
Required for DEA-registered licensees only.
One-time requirement prior to first renewal only.
20 of these hours must be AOA Category I-A CME. Required topic courses count toward the 20 if taken from an AOA Category I-A certified provider.
Issued to retired osteopathic physicians who volunteer with public or nonprofit entities serving underserved populations. Same CME requirements as the full Osteopathic Physician license.
CE courses from providers approved by these accreditors count toward your Florida Osteopathic Limited License renewal requirements.
