Must be from a Florida Board of Pharmacy approved provider.

One-time requirement at first renewal only, if 12 or more months have elapsed since initial licensure.
Specialty certifications require additional CE: immunization certification requires 3 additional hours per biennium; collaborative practice certification requires 8 additional hours; test-and-treat certification requires 3 additional hours. These are from a statewide professional association of physicians.
CE courses from providers approved by these accreditors count toward your Florida Pharmacist renewal requirements.
