Covers boundaries, conduct standards, and legislative updates.
CE credits are not cumulative or retroactive across bienniums. At least eleven of the required hours must be in person; the remaining hours may be online. Inactive-status and volunteer hygienists are exempt. New licensees may use accredited dental-hygiene coursework from the prior two years toward first-biennium credit. Documentation retained three years. Per Rule 150-5-.05.
CE courses from providers approved by these accreditors count toward your Georgia Dental Hygienist renewal requirements.
