First-renewal exemption: psychologists licensed during the second year of the biennium (January through December of an even-numbered year) require no CE for their initial renewal. Individual activity types carry their own per-biennium caps (publication, journal study, self-directed coursework, etc.). Licensees retain documentation four years. Per Chapter 510-8.
