CE Requirements for
Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy
Content must include Georgia Title 43 Chapter 1, Georgia Physical Therapy Practice Act, Chapter 490 Board Rules, and Board Policies. May be satisfied by passing the FSBPT Georgia Jurisprudence Assessment Module (GA JAM).
First-renewal exemption: graduates who passed the National Physical Therapy Examination during the current renewal biennium are exempt from continuing competence for that biennium. Licensees retain original documentation no less than five years. Audited licensees must produce course outlines, certificates, or attendance verification upon notice. Per Chapter 490-4.
CE courses from providers approved by these accreditors count toward your Georgia Physical Therapist renewal requirements.
