CE Requirements for
Georgia Board of Dentistry
All forty hours must be clinical. Up to thirty hours may be satisfied through uncompensated indigent dental care at one CE hour per service hour.
The Volunteer Dentist license allows retired or non-practicing dentists to provide services to underserved populations. Licensees must maintain current CPR certification per Georgia law; the rule allows four hours of credit toward the biennial total upon successful completion of the CPR course. Documentation retained three years. Per Rule 150-3-.10.
CE courses from providers approved by these accreditors count toward your Georgia Volunteer Dentist renewal requirements.
