Per LSBME Annual CE Requirements by Practitioner Group document (updated April 6, 2026), listed as 'PHYSICIANS (MD, DO, COMPACT)' — same 20 Category 1 CME hours annually apply to all physician types including Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) license holders. AMA Category 1 CME or board-approved equivalent accepted.
CE courses from providers approved by these accreditors count toward your Louisiana Physician & Surgeon Compact License renewal requirements.
