Continuing professional education governed by Board Rules Chapter 14 (effective October 11, 2022) under statutory authority 32 M.R.S. §7030(5). Format cap: a maximum of ten contact hours may be earned through non-interactive activities combined (pre-recorded sessions without immediate instructor interaction, teaching, writing, and independent study). The remaining hours must come from interactive activities (in-person or virtual with immediate instructor access). Audit retention: documentation for the current renewal period and the immediately prior renewal period must be retained under Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation Chapter 13.
