CE Requirements for
Michigan Board of Social Work
At least half of the 45 required CE hours must be completed in person. CE documentation must be retained for 5 years from the date of renewal application. The Board of Social Work does not require CE to be submitted at renewal; a random audit process is used. Contact Michigan LARA at michigan.gov/lara for approved CE provider information.
