Mississippi State Board of Medical Licensure
The Mississippi MD permanent license renews annually; CME compliance (40 Category 1 hours) is certified at renewal in even-numbered years. Effective February 27, 2026, CME tracking must be done through a Board-approved CME tracking organization or by maintaining active ABMS specialty board certification. CE courses from providers approved by these accreditors count toward your Mississippi Medical Doctor renewal requirements.
