CE Requirements for
Nevada State Board of Osteopathic Medicine
Required once every 4 years.
Minimum 10 of 35 annual CME credits must be AOA Category 1A or AMA Category 1. Six specific hours are required in controlled substances/opioids (2 hr), ethics/pain management/SBIRT (2 hr), and evidence-based suicide prevention (2 hr). CME certificates must be uploaded annually via the Board's licensee portal before renewal. Contact the Nevada State Board of Osteopathic Medicine at bom.nv.gov for current renewal instructions.
CE courses from providers approved by these accreditors count toward your Nevada Osteopathic Physician renewal requirements.
