CE Requirements for
Oregon State Board of Nursing
Beginning January 1, 2028; includes pain management and cultural competency hours.
As of January 1, 2026, CE hours are required instead of practice hours: 1 hour pain management (within 36 months) and 2 hours cultural competency (within 48 months). Starting January 1, 2028, 20 total CE hours will be required per renewal cycle.
